| Day 1 |
Arrival in Bali. Airport pick-up and transfer to south west Bali or Sanur hotel for relaxation and overnight.
Suggested Half-day Afternoon/Evening Tours:
Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest/Tanah Lot Temple: This tour includes a visit to the monkey forest of Alas Kedaton and as well as a sunset visit to Tanah Lot, one of Bali’s most picturesque and important temples. Tanah Lot was built in the 16th century and is dramatically located on a huge rock that is completely surrounded by the sea at high tide.
Uluwatu Temple/Kecak Dance/Jimbaran: A sunset outing to the south west tip of Bali for a visit to the 11th century Uluwatu Temple, precariously perched atop 80 metre cliffs that drop straight to the pounding surf below. This is one of Bali’s oldest and most grand temples. Enjoy the mystical atmosphere while watching the haunting Kecak Dance performance (better known as ‘the Monkey Dance’) as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. Later we will take you to Jimbaran Beach where you can enjoy an extensive barbeque Seafood Dinner on the beach at a restaurant of your choice. |

Pick up for transfer to north west Bali, Central Mountains & North Bali Land Tour, Overnight in Pemuteran.
Central Mountains & North Bali Land Tour:
Explore the impressive royal temple of Taman Ayun in Mengwi. Built in 1634, this spacious temple is encircled by a wide moat, followed by a scenic drive through the countryside to the beautiful lake area of Bedugul on Lake Bratan. Stop at the busy flower, fruit and spice market and the famous Botanical Gardens in Candikuning. Visit the mystical Pura Ulan Danau Bratan (Bratan Temple). This temple was built in the 17th century in honour of Dewi Danau, the goddess of the lake, and is situated on the shore of Lake Bratan, 1200m above sea level. Descending to the coast we pass the dramatic crater lakes of Bunyan and Tamblingan, and picturesque rural villages including Munduk. Have lunch at a local restaurant in Munduk, where you can see the coffee production process before following the road along Bali’s north coast to your hotel in Pemuteran. |
| Day 3 |
Wall diving at Menjangan Island: Located within the West Bali National Park, Menjangan Island was Bali’s first internationally recognised dive location and is famous for its coral walls with easy conditions, warm water and great visibility. The walls are covered with a multitude of gorgonian fans, soft corals and sponges.
Overnight in Pemuteran. |
| Day 4 |
Explore West Bali National Park with the opportunity to trek, bird-watch or perhaps hire a kayak. Or, if you prefer, you might include another day of diving at Menjangan Island. |
| Day 5 |
In the morning, AquaMarine will transfer you to Tulamben on the north east coast. Tulamben Bay is famous for the 120m USAT Liberty Shipwreck – divers travel from around the world to dive here. It is suitable for all levels including Discover Scuba Diving and snorkelling, and is probably the world’s easiest wreck dive. If you have not previously experienced night diving, this is the perfect location for you! Overnight in Tulamben. |
| Day 6 |
Continue diving in and around Tulamben Bay, maybe using a jukung (local outrigger boat) to explore the sites just outside the bay, or along the Amed coast for diving in Jemeluk Bay and on the “Japanese” Wreck near Lipah. Or, if you prefer, you could transfer to Padangbai to board one of AquaMarine’s three custom-built dive boats for diving at Nusa Penida (inc Manta Point), Mimpang/Tepekong or Blue Lagoon. AquaMarine can advise which dive sites would best suit your interests and level of experience. After diving, transfer to Ubud in Bali’s central foothills. Considered to be Bali’s cultural centre, Ubud is the perfect base to explore more of inland Bali. Overnight in Ubud. |

Rest & Relaxation in Ubud
Optional Activities: Whitewater Rafting, Downhill Cycling Tours, Trekking, Balinese Cookery Classes, Dance Performance at Ubud Palace.
